IEEE Corporate‬ in ‪Piscataway, N.J. is looking for an executive communications manager to prepare "speeches, talking points, presentations, and executive communications for the organization’s most senior leadership team.”

BNY Mellon in Jersey City, N.J. is hiring a a senior manager of executive planning to ‪senior manager of executive planning to "support the ‬CEO and COO in content development, including C-suite executive communications support and speechwriting. The ideal candidate will have financial services experience as a communications or marketing professional."‬

Prudential, in Newark, N.J., is hiring a vice president of thought leadership to "manage a portfolio of Thought Leadership initiatives through all stages of development: ideation, research, authoring, approvals."

City of Hope hospital in Duarte, Calif., wants to hire a director of executive communications who helps "position the President and CEO with internal and external stakeholders by preparing presentations for faculty, donors, Board of Directors, and other constituents.” This includes "briefing documents on key business issues; drafting speeches and remarks for special events; and preparing presentations and scripts for videotaped messages for delivery by the President and CEO.”

Campbell Soup Company in Camden, NJ is looking for a‪ senior corporate writer‪, responsible for "‬‬developing CEO internal communications and external speaking engagements—meeting presentations, multi-media, scripts, key messages, talking points and executive perspectives; brand and marketing platforms and executive visibility including content development for the Annual Report, CSR report, corporate newsroom, Campbell's intranet, blog posts, business unit projects and thought leadership; and drafting and preparing materials including speeches and visual presentations for the CEO and other senior leaders to the investor community."

Comcast in Philadelphia will hire a ‪‪senior director of diversity and inclusion communications‪‪ to "‬‬support Comcast and/or NBCUniversal senior executive leaders with executive speeches and talking points; develop monthly diversity and inclusion newsletters; support video production through the development of scripts, editing, and garnering licensure for music and images; develop evergreen Comcast and NBCUniversal digital video, image, and written content."‬

‪Arm Ltd‬. in San Jose, Calif., is hiring a director of executive communications to ‬“be an integral part of the ARM US & EMEIA PR team, charged with creating and maintaining a program of strategic engagements for the CEO and other senior leaders."

The Clinton Foundation in NYC wants to hire a ‪senior writer and editor‪ to "‬‬‬be responsible for a wide range of written deliverables and is required to undertake significant research into the core issues that the Writing and Correspondence Department covers.” Responsibilities include "drafting talking points, video scripts, press statements, essays, and book forewords; drafting‪ event messages and senior-level letters; and editing documents prepared by staff and interns."‬

UCLA is hiring an executive communications director to “m‬anage and strategize all forms of external communication from the Chancellor and senior executive leaders of UCLA. TIAA-CREF in New York City is looking for a senior director IFS executive eommunications to serve “a‬s the senior communicator supporting the Chief Executive Officer of TIAA-CREF’s Institutional Financial Services (IFS) business ... He/she will proactively identify speaking opportunities that align with the IFS CEO’s platform, help to create plans for client engagements, develop speeches and presentations, write statements, remarks, talking points, op-eds, white papers, and other materials."

Hitachi Data Systems‬ in Dallas or Santa Clara, Calif.,, is hiring a senior executive communications manager to "develop content and messaging to help drive internal and external communications for senior leaders. This individual must be able to quickly capture the voice of C-level executives, grasp complex or abstract subject matter and synthesize information gathered from multiple sources into clear, concise and impactful communications."

Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff is hiring an ‪executive communications specialist‪.‬ "This position will be the lead writer for the Office of the President focused on a variety of writing assignments that include briefings, speeches, presentations, and other written materials, including key note addresses, written communications to employees and external stakeholders."
