Examining The Choice Between Exploiting Market Failure Or Showing Moral Restraint

I appreciate the opportunity to speak at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College Constitution Day event on the ethical issues for business in Caperton v. Massey. Caperton v. Massey is a Supreme Court case decided in June of the last term. I will leave analysis and comment on the Court's decision to others and confine my attention to the ethical issues for business practitioners.
